1. Terms and conditions

These terms govern orders for a personalised digital video. The contract is concluded when Payhip accepts payment and an order confirmation is issued. Before payment, the customer can review the product, price and supplied instructions.

The finished video is delivered electronically to the order email normally within 15 minutes after successful payment. Automated production starts immediately after successful payment. Missing or unusable materials pause the delivery period. We will notify the customer without undue delay of an exceptional technical delay.

A personal parody video may be shared for personal use. A promotional video may be used to advertise the customer's own brand, product or service. Editable project files are not included unless agreed in writing.

• Customers must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• Customers must hold the rights needed for every photo, clip, logo, name, trademark, link or other asset supplied.
• Illegal, hateful, sexual, humiliating, fraudulent or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
• We may reject risky or prohibited instructions; payment for unperformed work will be refunded.

2. Price, payment and taxes

Website prices exclude VAT. Payhip shows the final total and adds legally applicable VAT or sales tax based on the buyer's country before binding payment. Payment is one-off through Payhip and its supported payment providers.

Submitting materials without completing payment does not create a payment obligation.

3. Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Because this is an express service normally delivered within 15 minutes, an order can be submitted only after a separate express request for automated production to begin immediately after payment.

When immediate performance is expressly requested, the right to withdraw from a service is lost after full performance. If performance has begun but is incomplete, the consumer may owe a proportionate amount. For digital content supplied without a tangible medium, the right may be lost when supply begins if all statutory conditions are met.

Use the online withdrawal function below or email support@pranknewsvideo.com with your name, email and order reference. Statutory rights concerning defects remain unaffected.

4. Complaints and defects

Send a complaint to support@pranknewsvideo.com with the order reference, a description and, where helpful, evidence of the problem. We acknowledge it without undue delay and resolve it within the period required by applicable law.

If the digital performance does not conform to the agreed requirements, consumers may request correction, a proportionate price reduction or termination where provided by law. Creative differences that do not conflict with expressly agreed requirements are not, by themselves, defects.

After a rejected request for remedy or no response within 30 days, a consumer may contact a competent ADR entity, usually the Slovak Trade Inspection. Court access remains available.

5. Privacy policy

The controller is the seller identified above. We process contact and order details, the subject's name, story text, payment references, necessary security data and uploaded photos, clips, logos or product assets.

Purposes are contract performance, video production and delivery, payment, support, complaints, accounting and tax duties, legal claims and security. Legal bases are contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests; consent is used where the law requires it.

Recipients may include hosting and storage providers, Payhip and payment providers, OpenAI for the optional AI preview, and Creatomate for video production. Transfers outside the EEA use GDPR-required safeguards.

AI-preview media is not persistently stored by this website and the OpenAI request disables response storage. Order media is retained for production and no longer than 90 days after delivery unless needed for a complaint or legal claim. Contract, payment and accounting records are retained for statutory periods, generally no longer than 10 years.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing support@pranknewsvideo.com. You may complain to the Slovak data-protection authority. If you upload another person's media, you must have authority to provide it and inform that person where required.

6. Cookies and technical storage

We do not use marketing cookies. Local browser storage remembers language and the state needed to complete an order. The hosting provider may process essential security logs and technical identifiers. Optional analytics or advertising technologies will not be enabled without any legally required consent.
